Conservation IS important to keep us hunting!

Any type of hunter will tell you that they like the thrill and kill of the hunt. But it's become more and more important to remember to do your part in the off season. Whether doing your part is putting up some wood duck boxes some place, or simply controlling predators near wetlands.. each little step helps the big picture in the waterfowling world. Ducks, specifically, face a huge amount of stress raising ducklings, and loose many each year.  If everyone pitched in like Home Depot did here, we'd be in good shape!

DUCKS GONE WILD!!!

Well, it's about that time of the year again... the shotguns are in the gun case, sitting under the seat of the truck, maybe even being used for shootin' some clays, but they aren't shooting ducks! However, the ducks are in LOVE. Whether your golfing, fishing, or just drinking a beer on the patio... your sure to see some greenheads either trying to joust each other mid flight chasing a hen, or as you can see below.. making fishing interesting! These events are sure to spark some interest from "our" kind...
